    S20.E15: Brothel

Fun fact: in the first scene after the opening (Manhattan Treatment Center Court) ADA Alice Shultz was played by Mariska Hargitay’s long-time stand-in Misha Whalen.

    S01.E10 Nobody is ever missing

The pilot of Succession started shooting the week after the November 2016 elections. The series shot from October 2017 to March 2018. I think politics will be featured somewhat for S2. Frank Rich, one of the executive producers of Veep, is also one of the executive producers of Succession.

    It didn’t have Lenora, dammit!

And in tonight’s episode it was confirmed by Thomas that Anett was already pregnant when they met.

Stella, I’m pretty sure they started already. Volker Bruch on Instagram seemed to hint they have.

    Babylon Berlin

Wow, Stella, I loved that, thanks for posting. Season 3 can't come soon enough. I visited Germany (and Cologne) for the first time this past May and had to head over to Gereonstrasse to check it out. Hah, it was nothing remarkable. I'll be in Berlin for two days just before Christmas and am hoping to at least spot Liv Lisa Fries or Volker Bruch in the U-Bahn, though!

I realize Walter's actions in S1 were incredibly stupid but I think the actor who plays him is great. I'm also enjoying Walter's Operation Love Boat scheme. So Germany had its own version of the Love Boat series? Was it a fantasy type drama series like the one on ABC here or a docu soap type of show? They haven't made that clear. Anett climbing up the East German bureaucratic hierarchy seems to me to be patently ridiculous but maybe that's just me. The show does seem to have fun with the concept, though, by having her sometimes sport a Gidget-y pony tail sharply aided by the characterization of the highly capable actress who plays her. Was it thrown out in S1 that Max might have actually been fathered by Thomas and not Martin? Or was Thomas just an amour of Anett's in S1? Damn, there was too much time between seasons. Love seeing the terrific actress who played the landlady in Babylon Berlin pop up in this as the uncorruptible doctor. At first I wondered how the hell she'd be able to get out of East Germany but then remembered her brother is Thomas so she'll find a way to do it for her and her family, after all. The little boy who plays Roberto is wonderful. I was highly suspect of this aspect of the storyline but he has brung it and then some.

Please God I hope this HoH final comp cut into Swaggy’s airtime.

Out of all the phony F2s he had I should think Tyler would have told Angela about the one he had with JC.

    Season 20: Live Feed Discussion

I can see Angela on The Bold and the Beautiful since the show is about the fashion industry and Angela could easily be slotted in due to her fitness modeliing experience.

    Season 20: Live Feed Discussion

It’s sort of a shame that Angela didn’t spend any time in the Jury House because in her profile it says she enjoys oil painting. Her artwork would probably have sent Rockshite into paroxysms of jealousy and I would have enjoyed seeing that.

    Season 20: Live Feed Discussion

She’s unrelentingly awful. On Finale Night I’d love her to once more demand an apology from Tyler re: his denying he pitched Angela as a nom. And, voila, the broadcast video of the conversation will make it clear he didn’t actually pitch Angela at all. That would shut her up good. Until Swaggy proposes to her, of course.

Will throw all my votes every day to Brett. Because I want Rockbarf to suffer greatly as a result.

    Season 20: Live Feed Discussion

No, not always, only in the past two seasons (BB18 and BB19)*. In all the other seasons the poor third place runner up walked directly to a chair onstage with the other jurors and didn’t get an interview with Julie. I think next week’s Finale Night will be so jam packed this could happen again-unless the third place runner up is Tyler, of course. * Confirmed by going to the videotape of past Finale Nights on CBS All Access
