  1. Pitting Nina against Shiloh in a fight for her daughter could be interesting, more interesting than Sleepy Sam trying to save Kristina, anyway. Having Nina screeching at him might be enough to drive Shiloh out of town. Conversely, having Nina screeching at him might be enough to drive Shiloh to murder. Either way, a win for the viewers -- scenes that we can FF, and an eventual reduction of players on the canvas.

    Stars In Other Roles: Doppelgangers!

I was just watching the episode of The Rookie about the overturned prison van. At the end of the episode, Tamara Braun showed up. Sad to say, mannerisms I thought were acting choice for playing Kim are just her go to moves.

I'm not sure being ambushed in a classroom as she was packing her personal belongings before leaving for good while the school was on spring break makes her a terrible teacher. I can't think of too many people who would have the foresight to have LuLu hanging with her in case the rest of Charlotte's family showed up while she was packing up her effects. And the whole premise was ridiculous anyway. Why in the world would parents go to a (supposedly closed for break) school looking for a teacher? Did they never get over the childhood belief that teachers lived there? As much as I loved Willow being able to speak the truth because she was leaving, though, I think she should have gone further. IMO, Valentin is a pretty decent gray character until he gets around Nina. Couldn't Shiloh suck Nina into his cult and disappear with her instead of Kristina or Willow?

And then maybe Andre can remove the memories of Peter and Anna being family, too. I don't want another "I lost a child" story.

Or the Island of Dr. Moreau being key in the final seasons of Orphan Black . . . cloning, life extension . . .

It was my first thought, too, so I looked around, and there was someone else (day player) behind the counter. What does it say about the show that we all want to make sure Julian still has someone working at the Pub of Condemnation (thanks, @Ciarra!) but don't care particularly for most of the contract players that were conversing there?

Today's Random thoughts: If Valentin weren't supposed to be the big bad, I'd rather see him with Anna than Nina. MB's gray beard contrasting with his slick black hair isn't doing him any favors. Dante will shoot Sonny in the near-shoulder area, where lots of people get shot on this show. (My spy degree from Burn Notice University has let me know that's the safest area to be shot because there aren't any vital organs there.) And since there's only one bullet in the gun, he'll be kinda good because probably then he and superSonny will defeat the bad guys together. (Although I'd love it if he and Robert defeat the bad guys and just leave Sonny there. Him being in the same vicinity as Robert F! Scorpio is sheer sacrilege.)

Just today I was thinking that Spinelli has become basically useless since almost anyone can find out whatever they want by going online these days. He no longer has any particular special skill. But, if Sam and Jason had to look up the meaning of cult, then I guess we'll never be rid of Spin, since he apparently has to do everything but wipe their behinds for them.

I looked at the conversations in, I think, a much more teenage way. I think Oscar was just nervous about it being his first time. And, if that was the case, I thought Billy's answer was pretty useless. If I were asking my parent about sex, I'd be asking for some specifics. I figured Joss, in a typical teen way was thinking more about herself -- like what if he has a seizure and dies in the middle of me having sex with him? (although I can't fault her too much for that, even though it also demonstrates that's she's truly Carly's child.) * * * * Can't the WSB apprehend Sonny for some reason? First of all there's no need for him in the story when we have RF!S on set. Secondly, I'm sure in real life, the WSB would have found a way to get rid of his annoying presence screwing up their operation. Thirdly, it's Sonny. That should be reason enough to deport him. Wouldn't he be on somebody's watch list?

Thank you! Something had been bothering me about the Michael/Wiley stuff, and you identified it for me. Regardless of what personal baby tragedy Michael may have experienced, he should have some self-awareness and back off a bit.

Did I miss the part today where Carly or Jason explained why Carly was in a Niagara Falls hospital to Joss?

Sam wanted her sister to leave work with 10 seconds notice and hang her with because, hey, she's on an important quest to unmask Shiloh, and it's too bad if Julian is left without help. Too bad that Kristina actually felt an obligation to stay and do her job.

I had considered her past as a reason for her attraction to bad boys, but today was just a little too close to creepy for my lights, even though at the beginning of the scene I was kind of excited that they might be getting back together since Julian and whosis don't seem to have much of a spark to me. Actually what bothers me more is that the folks on this board spend a lot of time using the backstories of the characters to explain and discuss the current stories and the writers don't seem to check the character histories much at all.

Really, MB -- take a look at silver fox RF!Scorpio and his brother Mac. They look pretty damn good. But maybe MB's afraid he'd be moved off the front burner if he went natural. This cannot be said enough. I especially liked Robert's reaction when Sonny said violence wasn't his normal response to a situation. Today's scene bordered a bit too much on the abusive for me, too, especially on National Women's Day.

I thought today was pretty good soap, although I agree with everyone about Jason being undeserving of whatever credit will be awarded to whoever takes out Ryan. Although I enjoyed him saying he'd take care of Carly and then just slamming down the trunk lid, I'm also a little disappointed in wherever Ryan left Carly. They're in Niagara Blinking Falls! Can't he at least leave her by some water that would suggest a swiftly rushing river? Or on an ice floe?
