    No, Tina keeps the books.

    The Neighborhood

Malcolm could be answering the phones and making appointments, so that the mechanically skilled labor get to do what needs to be done.. He's personable and quite friendly - more so than his dad. At my service station, the people on the phone and at the front desk are the face of the company -- and it would be great to have an ex-ball player there. It's definitely better than earning nothing.

    Single Parents

This was lampshaded in this episode when Poppy says to Will's daughter: I sometimes forget I'm not talking to an adult when I talk to you.

    S17.E01: Premiere

I guess they really don't count PRAS as part of the PR family if they say that Mimi is the first transgender model on the show. Didn't we JUST see a PRAS show about 3 weeks ago (and filmed 2 years ago) that featured more than one transgender model? Mimi's accent sounded Thai and I was glad to find out that she was. Transgender models have long been popular in Thailand. In the early '80s, the leading swimwear model, Ma, was transgender. There's long been an acceptance of a "third gender". Cavanaugh's entitlement reminded me of the twins. Glad to see her gone.

    Captain Marvel (2019)

I like the theory that Howard was originally behind Project Pegasus (before he was killed by Bucky of course...).

Before the 1920's, pink was always the color for young boys as it was considered light red, and therefore a "hot" color. Girls wore blue as it was a "cool" color.

    S05.E10: Roadkill

Now you're making me imagine David and Patrick trying to eat fish eyes in China....

    S05.E10: Roadkill

I'm glad to hear that Rose thinks that Stevie is remarkable in her role. I'm looking forward to seeing what the show looks like! Loved David and his doppelganger, and with the rest of you, would have liked to see more. I hope Antonio's clothes are cheap knockoffs of David's originals. I'll have to go back and see his first visit to the Apothecary. Speaking of which, I do hope David and Patrick (well, Patrick) are creating an online presence to sell their high-priced products to a larger, urban market. Their place makes me think of this. (also run by a telegenic gay couple who ended up in a small town.)

If his dad was so unhappy about having an unemployed son, why didn't he have Malcolm help out at his shop?

    S07.E10: Climate Quick Change

Exactly what I was yelling at my TV. 🙂 Also this continued the ignorant confusion between climate change and weather. ("Have you seen this snowball? How can there be global warming when there are snowballs this big outside the Capitol?") I live in Seattle where we have to dress for changes in weather all year round -- just yesterday, I woke up with snow on the ground, followed by blazing sunshine, and then a hailstorm. The solution is layers, people, including socks with open sandals if necessary...

    Splitting Up Together

The ending tag where the kids are looking at the tortoise and the eggs that had hatched makes it clear that the Apple baby is Oliver's. They note first that Josh (the tortoise) has three offspring ("just like us") and then they notice a new egg laid on the other side of the tank. They clearly state that the new egg is a part of the family and that they will love it "just the same".

S06.E16: Skippy And The Knowledge Hole

Unless the restaurant also got new management... when a new menu style comes with changes in the food as well.

S02.E05: All the World Is Birthday Cake

There are mothers in Asia who schedule caesarian deliveries on lucky days so this is not unheard of.

Would you prefer Shakespeare's "...from his mother's womb Untimely ripp'd."?

    S06.E04: Four Movements

This was the first time ever that I used the FF button on B99. I find Gina tedious and unpleasant most of the time and an entire episode celebrating her was hard to take.
