I was so happy for Richard winning the Golden Globe! My favorite photo from the night:

So far, so good! When he's off duty, it's obvious that David Budd is struggling. He's like a walking wound. It was ominous when his wife said she couldn't cover for him anymore because he was getting worse, so I look forward to seeing how his character arc develops.

    S02.E13: The Word

The writers seem lost without source material, and I truly believe this show would be much better with a female showrunner. The character of June lacks consistency and emotional honesty. I don't have much to add to what others have already pointed out as being unbelievable except to say that during her first escape attempt, she didn't antagonize over leaving Hannah, and at that time she had no idea if Hannah was being cared for or treated unkindly. She now knows that Hannah is loved by her Martha and is as safe as she can be in a place like Gilead. She's also seen what happens to members of the resistance when they're caught, so it's very selfish to put herself in a position where she can be forced to divulge the identities of people who risked everything to help her. All the commander has to do is threaten Hannah, and June will rat out everybody. Emily is my favorite character, and Alexis Bledel knocks it out of the park every time. Whether she's poisoning someone, stabbing them or kicking the shit out of them, I believe her. I'm ecstatic that she escaped and hope that she works to bring Gilead down. I stuck with it for two seasons, but I'm out.

I hear you. I can't wait for this season to be over so that I'm done with this show. I won't be back next year.

S01.E01: The Boy on the Bridge

John Moore's ex-fiancee must have really broken his heart since we've seen him role play their break-up scene with prostitutes two times so far. I laughed when I realized David Wilmot was playing Captain Connor and not Sgt. Atherton from Ripper Street. Was a little confused as to which show I was watching for a minute. Sara Howard is a great character. Her job is important to her, and she knows she's lucky to have it, but she's still willing to risk losing it in the hope of being part of a team that's fighting evil. Looking forward to more Robert Wisdom, who will always be Bunny Colvin to me!

I have been waiting for years to see one of my favorite books brought to the screen, and the first episode did not disappoint! The production values are top notch, and the cast is excellent. I look forward to watching the official premiere tomorrow night.

I have to give it up for Uncle Benjen coming to the rescue once again to save his family. Rest in peace First Ranger.

    S07.E06: Beyond the Wall

I don't like the story line, but tonight Sansa showed how committed she is to her family. She sent Brienne away to protect Arya as soon as Littlefinger brought up the possibility of Brienne being a mediator between the sisters.

Did you see Longclaw's eyes pop open when Jon came out of the lake? What an episode! I don't even like dragons, but I was gutted when Vysirus got speared. Oh lord, now he's a zombie dragon. I wonder if he'll breathe fire or ice. Really don't need the stupid drama between Sansa and Arya unless there's a fantastic pay-off. Just kill Littlefinger already!

Oh, yeah. I forgot about that scene of him perving on Sansa.

Arya saw Littlefinger with Tywin Lannister when she was Tywin's servant-girl, Nan. I can't remember what she heard LF and Tywin talking about. At the time, people were wondering if LF recognized Arya, but he had never seen her before.

OMG, that was intense. Danerys is crazy, and I won't be sad if she doesn't make it out alive. Bran: "Chaos is a ladder." Littlefinger, you need to run for your life right now! LOL That was a very nice reunion for Arya and Sansa. I was laughing when they were questioning Bran. "Who gave that to you?" "Why'd he give it to you?" "He wants something." Poor Meera. Bran could have at least pretended to care after she dragged his ass through all that snow and Hodor and Summer and Jojen died trying to keep him safe. He better save mankind with that stank attitude.
