    S15.E18: Add It Up

Owen was literally in a face-to-face conversation with Tom when he was paged. I’m just mad because I would much rather watch Tom and Owen being friends rather than this love triangle BS. Have them in a good-natured competition with the babies (Leo and Teddy’s baby) about who can do the alphabet faster or crawl first or something. Do some wacky “2 men and a baby” hijinks. Have some sort of comedy with the three parents rather than dragging all three characters down with this contrived drama.
  2. The stars of Supernatural just announced on their social media that next season (15! Wow!) will be the shows last. Definitely end of an era on the CW. With that and Arrow ending after 8 seasons it will be interesting to see what the network does to fill those spots.

The difference for me was that Owen, who knows that Tom and Teddy are in a romantic relationship, chose to keep information from Tom regarding Teddy. What is the purpose of that? Wouldn't he want his friend to have the most support possible? If Owen is only interested in friendship with Teddy and being present in the child's life, why is he so threatened by Teddy having a romantic relationship with someone that isn't him? It's not like he's unfamiliar with the concept of co-parenting with a couple - he was around when Mark co-parented his baby with Callie while Callie was in a relationship with Arizona.

I'm completely "meh" about Teddy, but I have disliked Owen since he came on to the show, so I am all for them being endgame and flitting off to Germany or anywhere else but Seattle at the end of this season. And I hope Tom sticks around.

    S15.E18: Add It Up

Teddy suddenly talking to baby like a soldier just for short comedy bit with Parker? Owen making weird voices? Webber suddenly being overly confused by a social issue? Everyone doing some slo-mo walk down the hall because they’re excited to try to do math? This writing this episode was really forced. Made all the attempts at funny very unfunny to watch. I would have been hiding out in the plant room too.

    Good Trouble

I really enjoy the relationship between Callie and Malika. They're not overly close, but they seem to get each other. I also thought FOR SURE that the judge hired the new clerk because Callie was getting fired. Mariana's work situation continues to frustrate me (oof, does Alex have an awful personality or what) but I like watching how she deals with things - and how her situation relates to other things happening on the show. I'm hoping her pitch goes well! Not much from the other housemates this week, other than the really awkward double date dinner. I wonder how long Meera is going to put up with Sumi for. ALSO I just realized that Meera was Agent Vasquez on Supergirl. I knew she looked familiar!

    S05.E17: Time Bomb

If Orlin was the consenting legal adult guardian to Grace, why couldn’t he ask that she be given the cure? Can’t they slap a pair of metacuffs on young Grace (as bracelets or something, not handcuffs) and dampen her dark matter brain damage? I though meta powers didn’t work near the dagger, so how are Nora and Barry able to speed run so close to it? Or Cisco able to create a portal next to it? I just have so many questions every time I watch an episode and it’s so frustrating.

    S15.E17: And Dream of Sheep

This show is just spinning its wheels at this point - dragging out stories that should have been done and over with seasons ago (Teddy and Owen, Maggie’s birth parents) or that are trying to be a season 2 story when the characters and the audience have matured (Meredith with DeLuca).

    Avengers: Endgame (2019)

I just think it's weird that she went from no makeup/bare minimal makeup in Captain Marvel to full makeup in Endgame. Just a weird switch, IMO.

    S05.E16: Failure is an Orphan

How did Cicada Grace travel back in time? Also how does Nora keep running back and forth in time? Doesn’t anyone wonder where she is?

    Captain Marvel (2019)

I have seen exactly 4 Marvel movies prior to this one so I was a little lost during several parts. Thankfully it was an origin story and there was a lot of "intro" stuff too, so I managed and really enjoyed it. Though I do feel like I was on the outside of some in-jokes but there were plenty of general jokes and 90s references which more than made up for it. I really enjoyed the story and LOVED the soundtrack. You can't go wrong with a 90s soundtrack, and a lot of the music fit the scene/emotion well. I highly enjoyed it, and would consider seeing it again (after studying some Wikipedia pages to better understand everything I missed the first time around!)
  13. In my opinion, there was no way Flash was going to run for 10+ years to make that line up correctly anyway. And I think at the point when the previous crossover was filmed and the COIE was announced, they didn't know Arrow was going to be cancelled at that time anyway. I'm not even sure of the timing of it being decided Stephen Amell would only renegotiate for 10eps with it being decided the next crossover would be COIE. It would be nice of them to do the huge "final" crossover to coincide with the end of Arrow if the showrunners wanted that, but I don't think that's what happened. Just a coincidence.

    Spoiler Discussion Thread: The Sequel

I do think it’s interesting they had kids from the future on both the shows - and Supergirl has Brainy from the future if they wanted to tie that in somehow once the Earths are combined. Even if their show is set in the future, Legends could tie it together a bit since they could be traveling to both present day Flash and Supergirl (and Batwoman) and the future with Mia, JJ, William, Nora, etc. Arrowverse would still be all connected. Someone fic this for me, please!!

    Good Trouble

I’m really going to miss Rebecca. I liked her character and the interactions with Callie, and it made the clerk job stuff more interesting. Even though the judge has gotten better and more nuanced, Ben still grates and the whole “clerk living with the pseudo daughter of the mother bringing a case to court under that clerk’s judge” situation just stresses me out. I didn’t miss Speckulate and the dudebro stuff. I did really like Davis and Mariana and Gael interacting. They do well with the social interactions between a lot of the residents. I did like the judge’s secretary (?) and her humor/heart. Hope we see more of her. (But I will still miss Rebecca)
