  1. So wait. It can be shown in reruns, but it can't be colorized? (I'm not disputing, just confused.)
  2. Jeopardy! Season 35 (2018-2019)

He did hug her, in case you missed that brief moment. He was probably disappointed, but I didn't see irritation. Since we're talking about him, I got a major Jack Black vibe from him. Liked all of our contestants today.
  3. "We need a stair chair! And more yard! We have to move!" He was adorable. But my favorite part of the episode was Murphy explaining the elevator to the dog ("It's called an elevator. You get on, you get off."). I totally explain things like that to my own dogs ("We're going to stop for gas because the car needs gas in order to go") and I've always figured it's weird. But hey, Murphy Brown does it, so that makes it cool.
  4. All Episodes Talk: I'm Listening

"The Doctor Is Out" (which I'm watching this evening) is one of my favorite eps, but I have a minor quibble. That song in the gay bar that Frasier "gets into," convincing him to stay, just does not seem like his kind of music. It bugs me every time, but no matter. Classic episode. "As for how I got into another man's shorts, that is no one's business."
  5. Jeopardy! Season 35 (2018-2019)

I sympathize with those of you who hate runaway games, but Dave is exactly the type of player I love. No-nonsense, knowledgeable, and nice. May he and his moustache have a long run!
  6. I just saw a TV commercial for Golden Girls chia pets. Edited to add: Found them.
  7. Jeopardy! Season 35 (2018-2019)

Really like Dave-with-the-moustache. He was like a machine in Double J. I ran the movie category right along with him.
  8. Ken Berry, who guest-starred as Thor in an episode, has passed away.
  9. In Memoriam: Celebrity Deaths

I'm an old-timer, so I loved him on F-Troop. It seems like he was a TV fixture in the 1970s. Always, always likable.
  10. All Episodes Talk: The 4077th

Yes, Hawkeye has a line early in the episode where he says to Radar, "Dysentery and rabies are the two biggest numbers on the Korean hit parade."
  11. It's a line that I totally relate to (although of course it's impossible to stop liquids that early in the day!). TMI, but when you roll out of bed twice a night to stumble to the bathroom, you really do watch your liquid intake in the evenings. I swear, the older I get (and I am now around the Girls' age), the more this show becomes a documentary rather than a sitcom.
  12. EW reports that Murphy and Avery are going to get a disabled dog in an upcoming episode. (I'm already sniffling.)
  13. In Memoriam: Celebrity Deaths

Oh man, that one hurts. I loved his books in addition to his movies; The Color of Light is a great novel.
  14. Jeopardy! Season 35 (2018-2019)

Thank you for explaining that, because I had no clue and figured it must be because I'm old and outta touch. Maybe I can help you in return. In "the biz" (showbiz), a hyphenate is anyone who is known for doing multiple jobs. Actor-producer, for example. And Ben Affleck qualifies.
  15. Jeopardy! Season 35 (2018-2019)

(I was just typing that, SoMuchTV. You beat me to it.) Coincidentally, a player says "Hunter," and Alex does not say "BMS." He says no. And the next player gets Hunter S. Thompson. Shouldn't it have been a BMS situation?
