  2. Jeopardy! Season 34 (2017-2018)

Yay Seinfeld! The only reason I knew about Papaya King!
  3. The Walking Dead in the Media

If Maggie doesn't have the baby, and Carl is killed off, it makes this show that much more nihilistic. There has to be some hope for a future.
  4. The Walking Dead in the Media

Negan...Kramer? Kosmo Neegan?? Uproxx is saying that Maggie might not be back for S9 http://uproxx.com/tv/scott-gimple-lauren-cohan-walking-dead/
  5. All Episodes Talk: All Rise

Dad reminded me of the Albert Collins song: "I don't care, what the people are thinkin' I ain't drunk, I'm just drinkin'"

I'm in Michigan, we go every fall to an orchard to pick apples and they are fantastic. Now most of the apples in the stores, even here, are Washington apples and unfortunately they aren't that great. Eat local and in season whenever possible! Same here.
  7. Jeopardy! Season 34 (2017-2018)

No one else got the Wenatchee TS? I did :), probably because I've been there. And almost all the apples at the produce market are from there!
  8. Say What?: Commercials That Made Us Scratch Our Heads

Friendperidot, do it ASAP, maybe even just take them to Costco or wherever, and have them burned to a DVD just to preserve them, then edit later if you feel you must. We did my family's a couple of years ago and they'd deteriorated significantly. We didn't bother editing them, because part of the charm of movie night was that the reels got loaded pretty much randomly.

I have no doubt that the pesticide sprayers were messing with the plaintiffs. But I also have no doubt that the plaintiffs could never ever prove it. And FFS, they could easily have Googled the warning label on someone's phone. 10 seconds tops. Still would NOT have made a difference, though, as you'd have no proof that the guy DIDN'T follow the instructions. Take MY word, Judge, but not the other guy's!

I refer you to my previous post
  11. Jeopardy! Season 34 (2017-2018)

When I was a kid, if I stayed home sick from school, Jeopardy was one of my little treats to watch. That and Art Linkletter. HATED soap operas, and with only 2-3 channels around, that was all that was on in the afternoon. I be old.

    I was thinking Uncle Buck
  13. Jeopardy! Season 34 (2017-2018)

    Carpe, you are not alone.

I yelped "Badger" :) It was nice to see something actually not implode in Christy's life. I miss the restaurant kitchen. I have an unjustifiable fondness for French Stewart since the 30 Rock days.
  15. Jeopardy! Season 34 (2017-2018)

Couldn't believe no one got it, tragic. Loved that movie, and Peter O'Toole in just about EVERYTHING Some movies you assume have been seen by everyone. This morning one of the local anchors made a joke about "Ned, Ned RYERSON?", it being Groundhog Day, and the other anchor had no clue. SMH Ran the herp derp football category, thank you very much. But clueless for FJ.
